Project Brief

  • Suitable for: Students studying Human Resources
  • Project type:Unpaid educational internship
  • Location: Siem Reap, Cambodia
  • Duration: Minimum 3 months, possibility to extend
  • Start date: Project is on-going, and you can join at any time
  • Working hours: 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday
  • Reports to: Founder and Director
  • Volunteering from home: Possible


  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board and social media platforms
  • Source and recruit volunteers through various techniques (databases, e-mail, social media etc.)
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports


  • College degree in HR Management preferred
  • Former experience in volunteer management, nice to have
  • Excellent command of the English language

  • Able to communicate and work with diverse people

Daily Life

  • You will work at the office during the week, Monday to Friday. On the weekends and public holidays, you will be able to use your free time to explore Siem Reap at your leisure.  Your host organization will provide you with pick up from the airport upon arrival, usage of bicycle, usage of office and Wi-Fi and a reference letter at the completion of your project.

  • Professionals doing good is a group of professionals, based in Siem Reap Cambodia, who are dedicated to igniting and supporting connections that will fuel organizations and communities to move forward.
