We connect professional volunteers with meaningful projects in Cambodia

We encourage positive change by connecting organizations making a genuine difference, with skilled professionals looking for meaningful ways to volunteer and give back.

Who we are

We are a group of professionals, based in Siem Reap Cambodia, who are dedicated to igniting and supporting connections that will fuel organisations and communities to move forward.

We believe local people are the leaders of their own communities. Sustainable, long term impact is possible when those with the right skills are in the right place and where possible, they pass these skills onto locals.

Our mission

We bring together highly-skilled professionals across the globe, to take collaborative action and create positive, sustainable change.

Responsibility

Being responsible in everything we do is extremely important. We work hard to create and facilitate ethical partnerships that support community priorities, protection of children and the environment. We carefully screen, select and partner with reputable, transparent organisations and volunteers who share our values.

Integrity

There is zero compromise with integrity and it is at the core of who we are as an organisation. We think globally, with respect and commitment to understand every single person we work with. Our hearts and minds are open, with honesty and transparency in all of our interactions and operational processes.

Learning

We believe that everyone is a learner and everyone is a teacher. We appreciate and value diversity in all its forms and aim to encourage this appreciation in the hearts and minds of those we collaborate with. Everyone ALWAYS has something to contribute AND something to discover.

Community

Professionals doing good is not only about skill-matching. We value a sense of community and genuine connection. We bring together professional volunteers, who often become lifelong friends
