Thank you for sending us the payment fee. We are now ready to start your onboarding together and the very last step is for you to send us the required documentation prior to your arrival to Cambodia.

We will forward you a confirmation email once all the required documentation has been received.

Mandatory documentation:

1. Please download, read, fill-in and sign a scanned copy of the Volunteer’s project agreement and send it to your Pdg project coordinator at [email protected].

2. Please provide us with a scanned copy of the following and send it to your Pdg project coordinator at [email protected].

  • Passport
  • Travel and health insurance
  • Reference letter from your last employer(s)

Only if requested in the project description:

  • Police background check
  • Qualifications
Please remember that it is important that the documentation is returned to us prior to your arrival to Cambodia. Your volunteering project may be at risk as the hosting organization may refuse to have you on board unless the documentation is provided.
